When I was 16, I realized that I can work hard when I’m possessed to envision the unlikely, and to be surrounded by those who bring out the best in me. Then it was sails. my first unspoken pact with nature. Today it is a strategy of transformation, which is just as much a part of nature.

I learned it in one of the most demanding of schools – in China. In my first years of Asian adventure, the biggest challenge was the cultural gap. Gradually, with each passing year, I felt more and more a part of that business culture. In a way that is hard to grasp, I have become part of this digital society. I witnessed the fastest and largest digital transformation in the history of our civilization. Today, these experiences can be valuable in other parts of the world.

My narcissistic element found its place at the university. There is nothing more inspiring than a conversation. A dispute between a teacher and a student can be an extraordinary adventure. There is only one way to ensure sustained innovation – we need to lead it :).
